Job summary

Aesthetics Recruitment is seeking a front of house coordinator for a brand-new clinic in the Adelaide eastern suburbs. You will own the diary, greet clients, manage bookings and waitlists, and handle enquiries across phone, email, and social media.

With three treatment rooms and a cosmetic nurse, you’ll coordinate packages, pre-pays, and payments while ensuring stock and records are in order. A rotating fortnightly schedule starts mid November, with weekend shifts paid at a premium.

Qualifications

• Front of house or coordinator experience in aesthetics/skin/dental/medical practice.
• Confidence on clinic booking software and owning a diary.
• Strong phone and in-person communication.
• Commercial sense to treat diary gaps as problems to solve.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and set the clinic tone.
• Own bookings, rebookings and waitlist management.
• Convert enquiries across phone, email and social.
• Handle packages, pre-payments and payments.
• Maintain stock, records and overall running of the clinic.
