From the first morning arrivals to local discoveries, restaurant recommendations and thoughtful guest requests, you will help guests experience the destination through a distinctly Andaz lens.

You will bring:

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, front office or guest services
• Strong knowledge of the Gold Coast, or a genuine passion for discovering it
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence handling multiple guest requests while maintaining attention to detail
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Flexibility to work morning shifts, weekends and public holidays
• A genuine desire to create experiences guests will remember
• Already have ongoing working rights for Australia – no sponsorship can be offered
