Qualificações

• Experience in front office, guest services or a similar hospitality role.
• Must have current and ongoing working rights for Australia.
• Good local knowledge or curiosity to discover the Gold Coast.

Andaz Gold Coast is looking for a warm, intuitive and effortlessly welcoming Front Office Host - Overnights to join our team.

As a Front Office Host, you’ll be at the heart of that experience. You’ll welcome guests into the hotel, create thoughtful arrivals and departures, respond to requests with confidence and share your knowledge of the Gold Coast in a way that feels natural and considered.

You’ll help shape the mood from the moment guests arrive. Some days will be lively and social. Others will be calm and unhurried. You’ll read the moment, trust your instincts and bring your own personality to every interaction.

What you’ll bring

The flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
