Job summary

SkyCity Adelaide, home to an award-winning luxury hotel within a renowned integrated resort, is expanding its Front Office team. We seek a Front Office Duty Manager to oversee daily operations, drive guest experiences, and lead a high-performance team.

You will report to the Front Office Manager, coaching staff to deliver confident, warm, and consistent service while maintaining polished standards across the front desk and related touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Front Office operations and Opera PMS.
• Immaculate presentation and outstanding communication.
• Experience in a management role leading a service-driven team.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Hotel environment experience is highly desirable.
• Willingness to work a 24/7 rotating roster.

We are thrilled to be expanding our exciting and vibrant Front Office team and are now looking for a Front Office Duty Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.

About the opportunity

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of our Front Office and drive overall guest experiences and team performance. This role is hands-on, guest-focused and perfect for someone ready to grow their leadership presence in a luxury environment.

Your responsibilities include:

• Oversee daily Front Office functions and maximise productivity
• Coach colleagues in line with the Eos brand pillars, ensuring they deliver service with confidence, warmth and consistency.
• Support initiatives that inspire your team and elevate our 'live extraordinary' guest experience.
• Respond to guest concerns promptly and thoughtfully.
• Foster collaboration between departments through effective communication.

About you

• Strong knowledge of Front Office operations and Opera PMS.

• Previous management experience with the ability to build and nurture a performance‑driven team culture.
• High attention to detail with superb organisational and administrative capability.
• Previous experience in a hotel environment, or similar, is highly desirable.
• Full availability to work a 24/7 rotating roster
