Job summary

Voyages Tourism Australia seeks a Front Office Assistant Manager to live and work onsite at Ayers Rock Resort in Yulara, NT. You will lead the Front Office team, ensuring world-class guest experiences and coordinating with concierge and housekeeping to deliver seamless service.

Ideal candidates will have Assistant Manager or Supervisor experience in 4/5 star properties, with Opera Cloud familiarity. The role offers relocation support, resort discounts, staff facilities and a vibrant remote

Qualifications

Experience as Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a 4/5 star environment.
Ability to lead and develop Front Office staff to maintain exceptional guest service.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

Oversee training, development and performance management of team members in consultation with Front Office Manager.
Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, checklists and standards to assist the Front Office Manager.
Maintain an open line of communication between the front desk, concierge and the housekeeping teams to ensure high levels of service.
