Zusammenfassung

The Salvation Army in Perth seeks a Front of House Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of the Front of House functions at The Beacon. You will lead Intake and Assessment, Support Workers and the 21-Day Case Worker function, ensuring dignity and professional support from the moment a client walks through the door.

You will manage a team of ~18 staff, coaching leaders, and building strong stakeholder relationships while aligning with the National Homelessness Stream Model of Care.

Qualifikationen

• Tertiary qualifications (minimum Diploma) in Social Work, Social Welfare, Community Development or a related field, or significant equivalent sector experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading and supervising teams.
• Experience working within homelessness, housing or related community service settings.
• Strong people leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop others.
• Experience managing complex client presentations and risk.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management capabilities.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to balance operational requirements with a person-centred approach.
• WA driver's licence
• First Aid Certificate with CPR.

Aufgaben

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front of House function.
• Provide leadership, coaching and supervision to a multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure service delivery targets and client outcomes are achieved.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders and referral networks.
• Respond to complex client presentations and support staff in managing risk and challenging situations.
• Monitor service performance, client data and reporting requirements.
• Support implementation of operational processes, policies and systems.
• Contribute as a member of The Beacon leadership team.
• Champion best practice and the National Homelessness Stream Model of Care.
