This fixed-term full-time role focuses on outreach, assessment, referrals and practical support for people experiencing homelessness across the Perth CBD and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Community Services or related discipline is required.
• Experience delivering welfare services or homelessness services is preferred.
• Strong trauma-informed and strengths-based practice is essential.
