Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, hospitality or food and beverage service.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Current RSA and availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate front-of-house service and lead the restaurant team.
• Keep service running smoothly during busy periods.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to deliver a great guest experience.
• Coach team members and support training/onboarding of new staff.
• Engage with members and guests, resolve issues and respond to feedback.
• Assist with bookings, POS and cash handling, shift procedures and events as required.
