Job summary

Coffs Harbour Golf Club is seeking a hands-on hospitality leader to oversee our bar, cellar, catering, functions and events. You will lead and develop the front-of-house team, manage rostering and labour costs, oversee stock and budgets, and drive KPIs to ensure our members and guests receive an outstanding experience.

Qualifications

• Hospitality management or strong supervisory experience.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Current RSA and RCG certifications.

Job description

This is a hands-on leadership position overseeing our bar, cellar, catering, functions and events. You'll lead and develop the front-of-house team, manage rostering and labour costs, oversee stock and budgets, drive KPIs and ensure our members and guests receive an outstanding experience.
