The Australian Age of Dinosaurs Museum in Winton, Central West Queensland, is seeking a full-time Reception Centre Manager to lead its front-of-house team and ensure every visit is unforgettable.

Based in Winton, you’ll oversee the Reception Centre and associated sites, manage cafe and retail operations, bookings via ResPax, and coordinate accommodation and events. Immediate start available for a hands-on leader ready to drive service excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams in hospitality, tourism, retail or visitor services.
• Hands-on experience with customer service, stock control, bookings and rostering.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and roster a passionate front-of-house team.
• Oversee café and retail operations, including stock and inventory.
• Manage bookings and tour documentation through ResPax.
• Coordinate accommodation services and third-party events.
• Champion great service and find practical ways to improve how things run.
