Qualifications

• Front-of-house hospitality experience preferred.
• RSA and RSG certificates are required.
• Ability to handle cash and meet financial targets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with members.

• Maximise patron satisfaction by driving service standards.
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the correct contact.
• Make microphone announcements and manage in‑venue communications.
• Answer enquiries from members and guests.
