Greenbank Services Club is seeking entry level or experienced casual Food Outlet Attendants. You will handle food and drink orders, operate POS, and ensure safe food handling across two outlets with both table service and counter orders. RSA may be required after employment, and working rights in Australia are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a similar role is preferred.
• Working rights in Australia required.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate can be obtained after employment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively and take food and drink orders.
• Operate point of sale and handle money accurately.
• Practice safe food handling and hygiene standards.
• Prepare barista-quality coffees consistently.
• Deliver excellent customer service to members and guests.
• Promote Club events and provide information to patrons.
• Assist in two outlets with different service styles, including table service and counter orders.
• Support private functions with both food and beverage service as needed.
