Funlab in Melbourne is seeking Front of House team members for Strike Bowling, Archie Brothers, and Holey Moley venues. You will deliver memorable guest experiences with energy and a service-first mindset, while driving upsell opportunities and maintaining a welcoming venue environment.

The role requires weekend and night availability, RSA/WWCC where applicable, and a passion for fun in a fast-paced, inclusive team. Funlab offers a supportive learning culture and opportunities across venues.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality environments.
• Ability to engage guests and build rapport.
• Proven upselling skills and target-driven mindset.

What you'll do:

• Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset
• Drive sales on every shift – smash targets through upselling, product knowledge and proactive guest engagement
• Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed
• Take pride in your venue, making sure it’s well-stocked and ready to impress at all times
• Own your space! Be trained in all areas and whether you’re behind the bar, at reception, or running a function, you bring your A game!
• Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and your teammates safe
• Take the opportunities to go above and beyond and anticipate our guests’ needs

What you’ve got:

• Uniqueness and a passion for fun
• Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it!
• Customer service, hospitality or retail experience and a love for building customer rapport
• A love of interacting with a diverse range of guests - teens, kids and adults
• Great availability, must be available on weekends and nights
• A valid RSA and WWCC or keenness to get them!

*As we are a seven day a week business, you must be available to work nights and weekends*
