Job summary

Funlab Pty Ltd in Docklands seeks Front of House team members for Archie Brothers and Strike Bowling. You’ll deliver memorable guest experiences with energy and top-tier service across busy venues.

Join a seven-day operation with opportunities to upsell, develop guest relationships, and work with a fun-loving team. RSA and WWCC are preferred; weekend and night availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Ability to upsell and drive sales.
• Comfort with weekend and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with energy and top-tier service.
• Drive sales on every shift through upselling and proactive guest engagement.
• Maintain a well-stocked, inviting venue and be ready to impress at all times.
• Be trained across areas (bar, reception, or events) and apply an A-game mindset.
• Follow safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and teammates safe.

What you'll do:

• Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset
• Drive sales on every shift – smash targets through upselling, product knowledge and proactive guest engagement
• Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed
• Take pride in your venue, making sure it’s well-stocked and ready to impress at all times
• Own your space! Be trained in all areas and whether you’re behind the bar, at reception, or running a function, you bring your A game!
• Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and your teammates safe
• Take the opportunities to go above and beyond and anticipate our guests’ needs

What you've got:

• Uniqueness and a passion for fun
• Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it!
• Customer service, hospitality or retail experience and a love for building customer rapport
• A love of interacting with a diverse range of guests - teens, kids and adults
• Great availability, must be available on weekends and nights
• A valid RSA and WWCC or keenness to get them!
