Job summary

Funlab is hiring Front of House team members for Archie Brothers | Hijinx Hotel | Strike Bowling at Rundle Place, Adelaide. Join a seven-day operation delivering high-energy guest experiences across multiple venues.

You will work nights and weekends, bringing enthusiasm, excellent service, and a love of fun to our Motherfunner communities. RSA/WWCC is required or willing to obtain them, with a focus on safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality setting.
• Ability to build rapport with a diverse range of guests.
• Friendly, energetic and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset
• Drive sales on every shift – upselling, product knowledge and proactive guest engagement
• Understand daily goals and challenges, work with your team to succeed
• Keep the venue well-stocked and ready to impress at all times
• Own your space – be trained in all areas and work behind the bar, at reception, or at events
• Follow safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and teammates safe
• Go above and beyond, anticipating guests’ needs

What you'll do:

• Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset
• Drive sales on every shift – smash targets through upselling, product knowledge and proactive guest engagement
• Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed
• Take pride in your venue, making sure it’s well-stocked and ready to impress at all times
• Own your space! Be trained in all areas and whether you’re behind the bar, at reception, or running a function, you bring your A game!
• Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and your teammates safe
• Take the opportunities to go above and beyond and anticipate our guests’ needs

What you've got:

• Uniqueness and a passion for fun
• Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it!
• Customer service, hospitality or retail experience and a love for building customer rapport
• A love of interacting with a diverse range of guests - teens, kids and adults
• Great availability, must be available on weekends and nights
• A valid RSA and WWCC or keenness to get them!
