Job summary

Funlab Pty Ltd is seeking enthusiastic Front of House team members for Archie Brothers | Hijinx Hotel | Strike Bowling at Rundle Place, Adelaide. You’ll deliver memorable guest experiences with energy and a customer-first mindset.

You’ll drive sales on every shift through upselling and product knowledge, while following safety procedures. A valid RSA and WWCC or willingness to obtain them is required. Availability on weekends and nights is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles within hospitality or retail.
• Ability to engage guests and build rapport across age groups.
• Willingness to obtain RSA/WWCC if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Deliver memorable guest experiences with a positive energy and service mindset.
• Drive sales on each shift through upselling and proactive guest engagement.
• Ensure venue is well-presented, stocked, and ready for service.
• Be trained across front-of-house areas and contribute to a safe environment.

What you'll do:

• Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset
• Drive sales on every shift – smash targets through upselling, product knowledge and proactive guest engagement
• Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed
• Take pride in your venue, making sure it’s well-stocked and ready to impress at all times
• Own your space! Be trained in all areas and whether you’re behind the bar, at reception, or running a function, you bring your A game!
• Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and your teammates safe
• Take the opportunities to go above and beyond and anticipate our guests’ needs

What you've got:

• Uniqueness and a passion for fun
• Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it!
• Customer service, hospitality or retail experience and a love for building customer rapport
• A love of interacting with a diverse range of guests - teens, kids and adults
• Great availability, must be available on weekends and nights
• A valid RSA and WWCC or keenness to get them!

As we are a seven day a week business, you must be available to work nights and weekends
