Job summary

Melbourne Food and Brew in Burwood East is recruiting for Front Of House, Bar Staff and Leadership positions. This is a hands-on, customer-first role in a busy venue where craft beer and elevated pub dining are central.

You’ll work on the floor during service, support the team, and, for leadership applicants, coach and train FOH staff while keeping high service standards and guest experiences at the heart of every shift. Part-time with pathways to full-time.

The Role

Supporting day‑to‑day operations, helping keep everything running smoothly.

This is a hands‑on role; you’ll be out on the floor during service, backing your team, chatting with guests and helping set the tone each shift.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Being a core member of the team and supporting busy services on the floor and behind the bar
• Supporting the venue with day‑to‑day operations
• Coaching, training and motivating the FOH team (if applying for the leadership role)
• Keeping service, food and presentation standards high
• Handling guest feedback with confidence and care
• Assisting with stock control and service planning (if applying for the leadership role)
• Helping drive a positive, team‑first culture
