Job summary

World Gym Granville is seeking a Front of House Superstar to be the friendly face at our busy front desk, greeting members and guests with a warm, upbeat vibe. You’ll handle bookings, answer calls and support daily operations with a smile.

Key duties include selling gym merchandise, making protein shakes, managing payments and upselling extras, while keeping the desk and lounge inviting. Availability for 30–35 hours weekly with weekend shifts is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Energetic, organised, and great with people.
• Confidence in handling payments and upselling products.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a warm, upbeat vibe.
• Make delicious protein shakes and smoothies.
• Sell gym merchandise and supplements.
• Answer calls, handle enquiries, and manage bookings.
• Keep the front desk and lounge area looking fresh and inviting.
• Support the team with general admin and daily operations.
