Randstad is seeking an administrative support candidate for a Federal Government agency in Tweed Heads. The role is a casual, hourly position through 31 December 2027 with potential for extension, paying $38.39 per hour plus super.

You will be the primary contact, resolving enquiries with empathy and clarity, and supporting a busy service delivery team with workflow, data entry, and participant enquiries in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with stakeholders and families.
• Empathy when dealing with people with disabilities or sensitive cases.
• Strong customer service skills for handling enquiries.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality customer service as the first point of contact.
• Operate front reception and assist visitors with self-help kiosks and online tools.
• Manage shared inboxes, appointments, and calendars to meet agency timeframes.
• Provide operational support including data entry, record keeping, and minuting meetings.
• Coordinate appointments and office facilities with accessible arrangements.
