About the Roles

Customer Service Officer

• Roster: Full-time across 7 days between 6:30am – 6:00pm
• Be the first point of contact for internal and external customers, delivering exceptional service over the phone
• Focus on "one call" resolution, connect customers to appropriate services and complete administration tasks.

Front Desk Agent

• Roster: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
• Greet and welcome visitors professionally
• Manage phone calls, emails and general enquiries
• Maintain office supplies, assist with data entry and special projects

What We’re Looking For

• Outstanding Customer Service Skills – proven experience in delivering exceptional service
• Great Communicator – excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Tech-Savvy – intermediate computer literacy and ability to use various software
• Highly Organised – able to juggle tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Positive & Approachable – a friendly, proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Requirements

• A current Police Check for unsupervised contact/vulnerable groups (less than 12 months old upon commencement)
