ACH Group is seeking a self-motivated Customer Accounts Officer to join the Customer Accounts Team at Mile End. The role focuses on processing customer accounts and debt management within a not-for-profit aged care setting.

You will maintain customer master data, manage payments, and support billing across Home Care, Residential, and Retirement Living. A collaborative team environment and stakeholder liaison are key.

Responsibilities

• Drive an outstanding customer experience with a solution-focused mindset.
• Maintain accuracy of the Customer Master Data.
• Facilitate customer payment activities including Fee Run and Direct Debit Processing.
• Reconcile customer payments to ensure correct amounts billed to customers.
• Handle Home Care, Residential and Retirement Living billing setup and annual caps.
• Assist with RAD refunds, RAD collection and debt recovery processes.
• Process fee increases and related customer correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with aged care legislation for account management.
• Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
• Process account adjustments and refunds within delegation of authority.
• Support the customer accounts, senior credit controller and finance team.

The role: We are seeking a self-motivated Customer Accounts Officer to join the Customer Accounts Team at Mile End. Joining a down-to-earth team, the role will primarily focus on being responsible for processing customer accounts and debt management.

What you’ll do:

• Drive an outstanding customer experience and maximise with a customer solution focused mindset
• Maintenance accuracy of the Customer Master Data within our system
• Facilitate customer payment activities including assisting with Fee Run and Direct Debit Processing
• Reconcile customer payments to ensure correct amounts are being claimed and billed to our customers in a timely manner
• Home Care, Residential and Retirement Living administration including financial setup of billing, fees charged and any annual or lifetime caps
• Assist with RAD refunds and RAD collection
• Facilitate Fee increase changes within billing systems and any associated customer correspondence
• Ensure ACH Group is compliant with legislation applicable to the management of Home Care, Residential and Retirement accounts
• Assist with debt recovery functions, including customer engagement, running dunning process and review of debtors aged trial balance
• Attend to all customer queries in a prompt and professional manner
• Calculate and process customer account adjustments and refunds as appropriate, in line with delegation of authority
• Other general duties that may be identified and required to support the customer accounts, senior credit controller and finance team at ACH Group
