Ormeau Family Dental is seeking an experienced front desk leader to take ownership of the reception area and support the team. Initially a casual position with potential to move into a part-time role after a trial period.

You will manage appointments, treatment plan presentations, costs explanations, and liaise closely with dentists to keep patients on track while maintaining accurate records and smooth daily operations.

• Strong knowledge of dental reception processes.
• Leadership experience or ability to lead.
• Mature approach, accountability and initiative.

Mansioni

• Lead daily front desk operations and set a welcoming tone.
• Support and guide the reception team with clear priorities.
• Manage appointments, confirmations, recalls and cancellations.
• Coordinate patient treatment plans and explain costs and options.
• Liaise with dentists to keep patients updated on care.
• Oversee payments, invoicing, and daily reconciliation.
• Keep patient records and follow-up tasks up to date.
• Coordinate patient care with the clinical team.
• Handle patient questions with empathy and sound judgement.
