Whitsunday Foodservice is seeking a friendly, practical and organised Guest Facing Team Member to join our Cannonvale depot front desk. You’ll be the main point of contact for customers, helping with orders, updates on deliveries and resolving queries, while coordinating with warehouse and sales teams.

You’ll learn about our products, customers, delivery regions and systems, with a supportive team and weekly staff lunches.

Formación

• Experience in frontline customer service or reception is preferred.
• Comfortable using computers, email and spreadsheets.
• Willingness to learn about products, customers, delivery regions and systems.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers over the phone, by email and at the front desk.
• Answer questions about orders, products, pricing, deliveries and stock.
• Process orders, amendments, payments and additional requests.
• Assist walk-in customers and coordinate customer pickups.
• Help customers use online ordering and resolve account or order issues.
• Follow up with purchasing, warehouse and sales teams for accurate answers.
• Keep customer records up to date and perform general administration.
