Job summary

Whitsunday Foodservice in Cannonvale is seeking a friendly, practical front desk team member to greet customers, answer orders, and update deliveries. You’ll work Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, building knowledge of products, regions and systems while assisting warehouse and purchasing teams.

This role suits someone who enjoys helping people, uses good communication, and can juggle multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Happy to learn about products, regions, and ordering systems.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems is a bonus.
• Able to work with front desk and walk-in customers.

Responsibilities

• Help customers by phone, email, and at the front desk.
• Answer questions about orders, products, pricing, deliveries and stock.
• Process orders, amendments, payments, and extra requests.
• Assist walk-in customers and coordinate pickups.
• Help customers use online ordering and resolve account issues.
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse and sales to get accurate answers.
• Keep customer records up to date and handle general admin.
