Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service.
• Candidates with experience in a similar role are highly desirable.
• Police Check for unsupervised contact / vulnerable groups less than 12 months old upon commencement.

Responsibilities

• Provide seamless and solution-focused customer service in-person and over the phone.
• Undertake administration tasks.
• Contribute to the customer experience by providing and linking customers to expert services.
