Explore & Develop in Freshwater, NSW, is expanding its Early Childhood team and securing permanent roles in the Saltbush Toddler Room for 2–3 year olds. We welcome graduates and experienced educators, with a focus on collaborative planning, reflective practice, and high-quality routines that support every child's learning and wellbeing.

You’ll hold a Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education, NSW Working with Children Check, and First Aid, and join a supportive leadership team.

Job description

We are looking to expand our team of Early Childhood professionals, and as such we are seeking innovative, like‑minded educators to join our service in the following permanent roles:

• Saltbush Toddler Room(15 x 2-3 Year Olds / 4 x Qualified Educators)

In these roles, you will:

• Observe children’s learning and development, which will allow you to contribute collaboratively alongside the team to plan, implement and reflect upon consistent routines & rituals, and innovative, inquiry‑based learning experiences
• Work side‑side with a collaborative team — a shared approach where every educator/teacher’s voice is heard, valued and respected as part of our team
• Support all children and their families across the service to feel a strong sense of belonging, and contribute to a positive, respectful, professional team
• Enjoy regular outdoor learning adventures, swimming lessons, and build strong, respectful relationships with children and families

What you’ll bring

This role is open to both recent graduates and experienced early childhood professionals.

You will hold (or be working towards) aDiploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education. You’ll also have a validNSW Working with Children CheckandFirst Aid Certificatein an education and care setting.
