Job summary

Best Start Early Learning Centre on the Central Coast is seeking Diploma Educators to join our founding team at Settlers Road. This brand-new, 79-place long day care service offers a start-up environment with a supportive leadership team.

You will provide high-quality education and care, help children grow, and contribute to shaping the culture of our new service. Roles are available Full Time or Part Time, with shifts 6:30am to 6pm.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ACECQA equivalent is required.
• Solid knowledge of EYLF.
• Knowledge of National Quality Framework responsibilities.

Best Start Early Learning Centre is a privately owned and operated early learning provider on the Central Coast, NSW.

Our Settlers Road service is a brand new, purpose-built 79 place long day care service, and we're looking for passionate Diploma Educators to join our founding team.

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and passionate Educators to join our team in either a Full Time or Part Time capacity.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new service from the very beginning, working alongside a supportive leadership team to create a positive, high-quality learning environment for children and families.

In this role, you will provide high-quality education and care while supporting children to learn, grow and thrive. You will contribute to creating engaging learning environments, building strong relationships with children and families, and helping shape the culture of our new service.

*Must be available to work between 6:30am-6pm

About You

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Knowledge of educator responsibilities under the National Quality Framework
• Current NSW Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid and CPR qualification
• Current ACECQA approved Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management training
• Passion for high-quality early childhood education and care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
