• Ensure compliance with Subway and local guidelines.
• Perform weekly stock takes and inventory reports.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and presentation.
• Implement in-store marketing and POP campaigns.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and provide a safe work environment.
• Deliver high levels of customer service and address complaints.
