Job summary

Bakers Delight is seeking a commercially minded franchise recruitment specialist to drive growth across Victoria and New South Wales. You’ll attract, assess and convert high-quality candidates, guiding them through the franchise selection process and into business ownership.

Regular travel within Victoria and occasional travel to NSW is required, with CRM and network engagement preferred. Reporting to the Head of Franchise Development, you’ll manage the recruitment pipeline, build strong

Qualifications

• Experience in franchise development, franchise recruitment, business development, talent acquisition or consultative sales.
• Proven ability to manage a sales, recruitment or candidate pipeline.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Ability to assess opportunities and make sound recommendations.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience influencing stakeholders through complex decision-making processes.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage candidate or sales pipelines.
• A proactive, results-focused approach with a passion for growth.

Responsibilities

• External franchisee recruitment and candidate attraction.
• Franchise recruitment pipeline management.
• Existing franchisee growth and expansion opportunities.
• Manage to Own (MTO) candidate assessment and progression.
• Franchise resale and recruitment support.
• Stakeholder engagement across Bakers Delight network.
• Maintaining CRM records and reporting on pipeline activity.
• Ensuring franchise development processes remain compliant, consistent and commercially sound.
