Job summary

Brunswick Corporation, through Freedom Boat Club, is seeking a Franchise Development Manager to drive growth and performance across the Asia Pacific region. You will work closely with franchise partners, support onboarding, sales initiatives, and operational excellence to scale our network.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, training, and delivering tools for sustainable profitability while aligning with Brunswick’s global brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated experience in franchise operations, business development, sales, account management, or multi-site business support.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across a geographically dispersed region.
• Advanced organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience using modern business technology and AI productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for franchise expansion throughout the Asia Pacific region.
• Support development and sale of new franchise territories.
• Assist franchisees with membership growth strategies and market development initiatives.
• Assess local market opportunities and provide growth recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.
• Act as liaison between franchisees and Brunswick leadership.
• Provide guidance to improve business performance and operations.
• Conduct site visits and operational assessments.
• Deliver onboarding and training for franchise owners and teams.
