Job summary

Freedom Boat Club Asia Pacific is seeking a Franchise Development Manager to act as the primary liaison between franchise partners and Freedom Boat Club, driving growth and onboarding across the Asia Pacific region.

The role reports to the General Manager, Freedom Boat Club Asia Pacific, and requires overseeing franchise operations, sales support, and training initiatives to ensure sustainable profitability for the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated experience in franchise operations, business development, sales, account management, or multi-site business support.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across a geographically dispersed region.
• Advanced organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience using modern business technology and AI productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for franchise expansion throughout the Asia Pacific region.
• Support the development and sale of new franchise territories.
• Assist franchisees with membership growth strategies and market development initiatives.
• Assess local market opportunities and provide recommendations for growth.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with franchise partners.
• Act as the primary liaison between franchisees and Freedom Boat Club leadership.
• Provide guidance and support to improve business performance and operational effectiveness.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across the franchise network.
