Job summary

Lendlease Corporation in Sydney seeks an experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead Group FP&A, consolidation and monthly reporting. This 15‑month fixed‑term role partners with senior leaders and reports to the Group Head of FP&A, overseeing internal and external reporting and treasury oversight.

The ideal candidate has CA/CPA credentials with 8+ years in Management Reporting/FP&A, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Oracle Fusion and TM1.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification with post‑qualification experience.
• 8+ years’ post‑qualification experience in Management Reporting and/or FP&A.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group consolidation, analysis, and monthly management reporting process.
• Manage FP&A team members and ensure timely submissions.
• Drive annual Group Operational Plan and 5‑year forecasts.
