SPC Global Limited is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Finance Manager to lead the end-to-end financial performance of the Auburn manufacturing site. The role partners with Site Operations and Supply Chain leaders to turn manufacturing into stronger financial outcomes.

You will oversee P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, inventory, costing, forecasting and capital, driving productivity and cost reduction across the site. Strong ERP and analytics capability is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related discipline; CA/CPA qualification.
• Around 5-8+ years' finance experience, ideally FMCG/manufacturing.
• Strong manufacturing accounting, standard costing, inventory and FP&A partnering.
• Understanding of BOMs, routings, absorption, cost drivers.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, P&L and balance sheet management.
• Strong analytical, modelling and Excel capability.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear commercial insights.
• Comfort with senior operational stakeholder challenges and ERP systems.

Responsabilités

• Act as primary finance business partner to Site Operations Manager and site leadership team.
• Own budgeting, forecasting and inputs into IBP; translate volumes, labour, overheads into financial outcomes.
• Lead manufacturing cost accounting: standard costing, BOMs, routings and variances.
• Own month-end results and balance sheet integrity with clear performance commentary.
• Govern inventory and working capital; improve accuracy and manage excess/obsolete stock.
• Identify and track productivity and cost-reduction initiatives with robust baselines.
• Lead capital investment governance, ROI analysis and post-investment reviews.
• Support NPD, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Enhance financial processes, reporting and systems use (Dynamics 365, Power BI).
