Zusammenfassung

Clarins Group in Sydney, Australia seeks an experienced FP&A Analyst to drive budgeting, forecasting and financial planning across ANZ. You will partner with the GM, department heads and operations to deliver accurate reporting, insights and performance analysis.

Reporting to the Head of Finance ANZ, you will own variance analysis, ROI evaluation and monthly closings, while supporting process improvements and governance across the region. Strong Excel, Workday and HFM experience are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and professional qualification (CA/CPA).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead budgets, forecasts and planning for ANZ with timely submissions.
• Provide variance commentary and performance analysis to Senior Management.
• Consolidate reports in Group tools and monitor KPI performance.
• Analyse ROI and drive process improvements across the region.
• Support monthly closing and governance, including audits.
