Hunter Douglas ANZ Finance is seeking an analytical FP&A Analyst to support planning, reporting and commercial analysis across the ANZ region. This role offers exposure to senior stakeholders and a path to broader strategic decision-making within a growing finance function.

The successful candidate will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, monthly reports, and building forecasting tools while partnering with various business units to provide meaningful financial insights.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
• 1–3 years' FP&A or related experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilités

• Support the annual budget, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
• Prepare monthly management reports, financial analysis and performance insights.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards and forecasting tools.
• Analyse revenue, costs, margins and key business drivers to support commercial decisions.
• Assist with pricing, profitability and cost improvement initiatives.
• Ensure financial data integrity and support governance and reporting standards.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide meaningful financial insights.
