Job summary

Allura Partners in Newcastle, NSW, is seeking an FP&A Analyst to lead budgeting, forecasting and medium-term planning, delivering commercial insights to senior stakeholders and driving monthly reviews.

You will build and maintain financial models in Excel with SAP/Oracle exposure, analyse performance, flag risks and opportunities, and present insights at Integrated Business Reviews to influence decisions.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualified with professional membership.
• 5–8+ years in financial planning, analysis or business partnering.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, ERP exposure preferred.
• Experience handling large data sets and influencing senior stakeholders.

Our client is one of the largest manufacturing companies globally, supplying and supporting equipment across mining, construction and industrial sectors. As the finance team grows, they're after an FP&A Analyst to support with budgeting, forecasting and leading monthly business reviews.

The role:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and medium-term planning
• Provide commercial insights and decision support to senior stakeholders
• Build and maintain financial models across scenarios in Excel and SAP/Oracle
• Analyse performance to flag key drivers, risks and opportunities

About you:

• CA or CPA qualified

• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes
