Job summary

Absolute Executive Recruitment Pty Ltd represents a NSW employer seeking an FP&A professional to own budgeting and forecasting for the group. You will deliver insights to senior stakeholders and ELT, build and maintain financial models, and collaborate with multiple operational teams.

You will lead a direct report, work with the broader finance function, and drive continuous improvements including AI adoption to support business decisions.

Qualifications

• CPA or CA qualified.
• 5+ years financial analysis and FP&A exposure.
• BI systems experience essential; Oracle preferred.
• Dynamic, driven, energetic with a positive attitude.
• Growth mindset with a strong desire to learn and improve.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting for the group.
• Provide commercial insights and decision support to senior stakeholders and ELT.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• CPA or CA qualified
• 5+ years financial analysis and FP&A exposure
• BI systems experience essential, Oracle preferred but not essential
