Job summary

Sharp & Carter is seeking an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to join the Group Finance function. You will own key planning and reporting processes across the Group, including month-end reporting, forecasting, budgeting, OPEX management and executive reporting.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years’ experience across FP&A, commercial finance or management reporting.
  • CA, CPA, CFA or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis experience.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, analytical and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver month-end management reporting.
  • Lead monthly forecasting and Business Unit reporting.
  • Drive the annual budgeting process.
  • Consolidate Group financial results across a global business.
  • Prepare monthly CFO reporting and Business Review packs.
  • Analyse revenue, OPEX and profit performance.
  • Identify key risks, opportunities and performance trends.
  • Manage OPEX and partner with relevant business stakeholders.
  • Provide meaningful financial insights and recommendations.
  • Drive improvements across FP&A processes, systems and reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive reporting and analysis.
  • Deliver ad hoc financial modelling, reporting and analysis as required.

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced FP&A professional to join the Group Finance function of a large, sophisticated and cool organisation. The Senior FP&A Analyst will take ownership of key financial planning and reporting processes across the Group, including month-end reporting, forecasting, budgeting, OPEX management and executive reporting. Working closely with FP&A, Group Reporting, Commercial Finance and broader finance teams, you will consolidate financial performance, identify risks and opportunities and translate complex financial information into clear commercial insights for senior stakeholders.
