Job summary

Harvey in Sydney, NSW, is seeking an SMB Account Executive to drive growth across Australia and New Zealand for the small and medium law firm segment. As a founding member of the Sydney team, you’ll own a territory, run a high-velocity pipeline, and close annual commitments with law firm buyers.

You’ll use consultative selling, deliver impactful demos, and collaborate with product, legal, and engineering teams to shape the regional go-to-market strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience closing complex B2B SaaS deals with multi-stakeholder buyers.
• Ability to qualify, discover, handle objections, and close in mid-market/enterprise.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking with clear stakeholder updates.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a territory of SMB accounts across ANZ with full-funnel activity.
• Drive prospecting through to commercial negotiation and onboarding.
• Manage a high-velocity pipeline and 30-day average deal cycle.
• Sell consultatively to Partners at small law firms and tailor solutions.
• Lead product demos and meetings to articulate Harvey's value.
• Qualify, discover, objection handling, and closing using MEDDIC/Challenger.
