Job summary

Harvey is seeking a founding SMB Account Executive in Sydney to drive growth across Australia and New Zealand’s small and medium law firm segment. You will own a territory, manage a high-velocity pipeline, and lead product demonstrations to articulate Harvey's value.

Qualifications

• Closing experience in complex B2B SaaS sales cycles (mid-market/enterprise).
• Proven qualification, discovery, objection handling, and closing skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and clear communication to senior stakeholders.
• Coachable, humble, and growth-minded in a fast-evolving environment.
• Genuine interest in the legal industry and technology-driven knowledge work.
• Familiar with ANZ sales practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a territory of SMB accounts across ANZ, from prospecting to negotiation and onboarding.
• Manage a high-velocity pipeline with annual commitments and ~30-day deal cycles.
• Sell consultatively to Partners and Managing Partners at small law firms.
• Lead product demos and client meetings articulating Harvey's value and capabilities.
• Execute MEDDIC/Challenger methodologies for qualification and closing.
• Collaborate with product, legal, engineering and GTM teams to surface client needs.
• Document learnings and build scalable processes to accelerate regional growth.
