You’ll join founding growth and own the strategy, collaborating with product and industry partners to unlock channels that scale users toward hundreds of millions.

Qualifications

• Track record of growth at a startup, consulting, or finance environment.
• Ability to drive initiatives from idea to scalable execution.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
• Comfort turning hypotheses into scrappy tests and scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy and channels, aligning with product and partnerships.
• Uncover opportunities via partnerships, community, and creative campaigns.
• Scale channels with automated, data-driven experimentation.
• Own the funnel: diagnose drop-offs, form hypotheses, run tests to improve conversion.
• Leverage analytics to show what’s really working across cross-functional teams.
• Use AI tools to generate creatives and automate workflows for faster leverage.
