Job summary

Pointer Strategy is seeking a founding BDR in Perth CBD to build and run a new outbound motion for AI estimation and scheduling products. You will own prospecting to booked meetings, work warm manufacturer lists, and drive initial cadence with minimal oversight.

Initial focus is on two distinct product motions, with real mentorship from the founder and top closer as you scale and hire two BDRs within 12 months. This role offers rapid responsibility and high autonomy.

Qualifications

• 6–18 months of BDR/SDR experience with fundamentals—cadence, CRM discipline, and objection handling.
• Confident on the phone; comfortable with outbound dialing and email outreach.
• High autonomy: self-starter with minimal coaching and direct accountability.

Responsibilities

• Run outbound cold call and cold email prospecting across two distinct motions.
• Work a live, LinkedIn-sourced target list of manufacturers showing buying signals.
• Book qualified meetings and run a baseline consultative conversation using existing playbooks.
• Progressively own the AI Estimation sales motion from quote to close.
• Collaborate with the founder to shape messaging and outbound strategy as the function is built.
• Plan to hire and lead two BDRs within 12 months.
