MacKillop Family Services in Warrnambool/Geelong seeks a skilled practitioner to attract, assess, train and support foster carers across the Wimmera Southwest region. You will work within a trauma-informed framework, build community connections, facilitate training, and ensure regulatory compliance to support safe, nurturing environments for vulnerable children and young people.

Qualificações

• Relevant qualification in Social Work, Community Services, Welfare, or a related field.
• Understanding trauma-informed practice and ability to support, assess and develop foster carers.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with diverse stakeholders.
• Highly organised with ability to manage priorities and maintain records.
• Commitment to child safety and cultural awareness.
• Experience facilitating training or group learning sessions.
