You will conduct assessments, ensure compliance, facilitate carer training and support carers to provide safe, nurturing, therapeutic environments for vulnerable children and young people.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Social Work, Community Services, Welfare, Children's Services or related field.
• Experience facilitating training, workshops or group learning sessions.
• Commitment to child safety and positive outcomes for children and carers.

Responsibilities

• Attract, assess, train and support foster carers across the Wimmera Southwest region.
• Conduct assessments and ensure compliance requirements are met.
• Facilitate carer training and build community connections.
