MacKillop Family Services is seeking a Carer Recruitment and Development Worker (Foster Care) in Victoria. You will attract, assess, train and support foster carers, operating within a trauma-informed framework to foster strong community connections and ensure compliant, safe, nurturing environments for vulnerable children and young people.

The role is full-time (38hrs) based in Warrnambool and/or Geelong, reporting to the Carer Recruitment and Development Co-Ordinator with a strong emphasis on
