Job summary

Fusion Civil in NSW seeks a Formwork Carpenter to join our precast concrete team at Warnervale yard. You will work with qualified trades and site supervisors on major infrastructure projects.

Ideal candidate has 1–2 years formwork or concreting experience, strong attention to detail, and valid White Card. Must have Australian work rights and a flexible approach to start times.

Fusion Civil is a civil construction company, specialising in precast concrete and all types of retaining works and noise walls across NSW.

We are seeking a Formwork Carpenter to join Precast concrete team at our Warnervale yard.

You will be working closely with a great team of qualified tradespeople, labourers and site supervisors.

About Us

Fusion Civil has projects for major infrastructure programs across New South Wales.

Openings exists for enthusiastic, Form worker's, Concreters to assist in executing our major projects at our new operations in Warnervale.

The Fusion Civil yard operates between Monday to Friday 05:00am to 19:00pm. We work some Saturdays, only when needed.

About the Position

Ideally you will have experience in any of the following - formwork or concreting in construction or Precast Concrete and have an attitude that accepts challenges, enjoys learning and a fast-paced environment.

You will be joining a team working towards meeting daily production targets, along with maintaining company policies.

About You

As a minimum you will be able to demonstrate a track record of the following.

Take accountability and work independently,

Experience in concrete formwork

Minimum 1-2 years of formwork or concreting experience required

Excellent communication skills, reliable, hardworking and well-organised with a high attention to detail,

Focused on "getting the job done" with a strong eye for detail and excellent communication skills,

Valid driving licence required,

Certificates; First Aid, Working at Heights, Dogman / Rigger, C6 Licence (advantage)

Form moulds, tie steel and place concrete.

You will need to have the following:

Valid White card

Physical Fitness

Flexibility with start and finish times

Willing to undertake a variety of duties

Current Australian work rights are required at the time of application.
