Job summary

CL Civil Works is seeking experienced Formworkers with concrete construction experience for ongoing and upcoming projects across Sydney and NSW. You will be responsible for constructing, installing and stripping formwork for concrete structures, and working with timber, steel and modular systems on walls, slabs, columns and beams.

To succeed you should read construction drawings, set out formwork with accuracy, support reinforcement crews, and uphold high standards of quality and site safety.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated formwork experience, particularly in concrete and civil construction.
• Current Construction White Card and Drivers Licence
• Strong safety awareness

CL Civil Works is seeking experienced Formworkers with concrete construction experience for current and upcoming projects across Sydney and NSW.

We are looking for reliable, experienced Formworkers to join our team working across a range of civil, infrastructure and concrete construction projects.

About the role

Duties will include:

• Constructing, installing and stripping formwork for concrete structures
• Formwork to walls, slabs, columns, beams and other concrete elements
• Working with traditional and proprietary formwork systems
• Reading and interpreting construction and engineering drawings
• Setting out and ensuring accurate formwork placement and alignment
• Working alongside reinforcement and concreting crews
• Maintaining high standards of quality and site safety

What we’re looking for

• Demonstrated formwork experience, particularly in concrete and civil construction
• Experience with timber, steel and modular formwork systems
• Ability to read and work from construction drawings
• Current Construction White Card and Drivers Licence
• Strong safety awareness
• Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively within a site team
• Relevant trade qualifications and tickets advantageous
