Job summary

Manpower Australia is seeking experienced forklift operators for day or night shifts, with 12-hour rotations (6am-6pm or 6pm-6am) across the production area. Responsibilities include packing, forklift operation, equipment handling, andMaintaining GMP safety and cleanliness in the plant.

You will contribute to continuous improvement efforts to boost machine efficiency and workflow. The role requires adherence to SOPs, a valid LF licence, and prior production/warehouse equipment experience.

Qualifications

• Must follow Standard Operating Procedures and maintain quality standards.
• Valid LF Licence.
• Experience operating equipment safely and efficiently in a production or warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete packing tasks for finished goods and stores per SOPs.
• Operate a forklift within the production area.
• Operate and control at least one equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, tape machines).
• Monitor and report material shortages to maintain plant/stores efficiency.
• Adhere to GMP, safety standards, and keep a clean work area.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve machine efficiency and the work environment.
