Job summary

The role emphasizes strong administration, excellent communication, and proficiency in Excel and Dynamics CRM to support sales, reporting and forecasting activities.

Qualifications

• Previous Customer Service, Internal Sales, Customer Experience or Planning experience.
• SAP experience is essential.
• CRM experience, ideally Dynamics.
• Strong administration and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Proactive, customer-focused and able to manage competing priorities.

Our client is a leading Australian manufacturing and packaging business, seeking an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join its team in Truganina.

Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, you will manage an allocated customer portfolio and be the key contact for customer enquiries, orders, delivery coordination and issue resolution.
