Qualifications

• Polished phone manner and strong written/verbal communication.
• Willingness to work autonomously and attitude to work hard.
• Understanding of financial markets, especially forex and CFDs trading.

Responsibilities

• This is a shifting schedule position and you must be willing to work on a shifting schedule.
• Follow our account opening processes.
• Process clients' deposits and withdrawals promptly.
• Manage customer support queries via live chat, email and phone.
• Answer inbound calls and direct queries appropriately.
• Full training will be provided for the successful applicant.
• Seek to start a career with a reputable broker in forex, avoiding the 9-5 grind.
